Description

Applications

Extra heavy duty rubber spreader cable for control supplies. For applications with high mechanical stress, especially for simultaneous tensile and torsional stress. Suitable for drum spreader and hoisting systems.

Design

    Flexible stranded plain copper acc. DIN EN / IEC 60228 class 5
  2. Insulation
    Elastomeric RHEYCLEAN-HEPR better than IEC 60502-1
  3. Inner sheath
    Special chlorinated rubber compound 5GM3 acc. DIN VDE 0207 part 21
  4. Central strength member (25 kN tensile load)
  5. Outer sheath
    Heavy duty chlorinated 5GM5 rubber compound acc. DIN VDE 0207 part 21, new special sandwich construction with incorporated braid for optimal flexibility and heavy duty application
