Description

Applications

Type RHH/RHW-2 /USE-2 wire is general purpose wiring for use in commercial, industrial and residential buildings. It may be used in raceways, in conduits, in air and in direct burial applications.

Construction

Conductor: Compact conventional or SIW stranded AA-8000 series aluminum alloy (ACM) per ASTM B801 (Concentric-Lay-Stranded Conductors of 8000 Series Aluminum Alloy) or ASTM B836 (Compact Round Stranded Aluminum Conductors Using Single Input Wire Construction).

Insulation: Black cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)

Specifications

* Meets UL 854: Service-Entrance Cables for USE-2
* Meets UL 44: Thermoset-Insulated Wires and Cables for RHH and RHW-2
