The 2018 Customer Feedback Survey will be emailed to customers shortly

Improvements to Nexans North America are underway.

Our annual online Customer Feedback Survey is an essential way for us to find out how Nexans is meeting your expectations. Survey results are analyzed and used to help us improve our business processes and services.  

The 2017 fall survey revealed that 91% of customers are satisfied with Nexans in North America, and that our Net Promoter Score (NPS) – which measures customer loyalty – indicates that we are performing well.

Based on your feedback from the 2017 customer survey, we are improving our quote response time for the Energy Canada division, we have increased an existing rebate for Berk-Tek customers, and have hired more Sales staff in Canada and the US.

Your feedback is important to us, and the 2018 customer feedback survey is the perfect opportunity for you to tell us what we do well and how we can improve. We will be emailing customers a link to this year’s survey shortly.
